By accessing and using Property Matching AI ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Agent Responsibilities

Agents using the Platform must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful property information
  • Maintain valid professional licenses and certifications
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
  • Respect the privacy of property owners and buyers

4. Property Listings

All property listings must be accurate, current, and comply with Malaysian property advertising laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Property Matching AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Matching AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property information and are not party to any transactions between users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform.
